Artist David Adika is an international photographer living and working in Tel-Aviv. David is the Head of the Photography Department at the Bezalel Academy of art and design. Adika's photographs are a by-product of the reality of his life. They deal with his personal biography, the collective memory of the society in which he lives and tie political reality to social reality. He shows the presence of beauty, for which he uses the strategies of “seduction” and “capture.”

David Adika is a recipient of some local (Israeli) and international awards, such as the Minister of Culture Award for Fine-Art Artist, The Jack Nailor Award for Photography, and more. Adika's works are in collections of Israeli and international art museums around the world
