"Becoming" attempts to examine the world beyond the medium. It seeks to clarify whether the work of art is capable of providing visual and plastic expression to the essence being transmitted through the medium.

The artists conducting research on the thesis, were asked to peel the materiality off the medium, to reveal its inner self. Some have focused on the medium’s components, while others have studied the possibility of the art existing as a transitional space. The works in this exhibition constitute different types of spaces unique to each artist, while together they make up only one of many possible worlds.
